Living Hairitage is a rockabilly and roots rock band hailing from South Texas! We bring the energy of mid-century music to life with boogie-woogie, swing, jazz, and blues. Our performances are packed with danceable tunes, sing-along favorites, and a rhythmic journey back in time. Whether you’re hitting the dance floor or tapping your toes, we aim to deliver a nostalgic blast from the past that keeps the good times rolling!

We’re proud of the milestones we’ve hit along the way. We’ve opened for the legendary Dale Watson, performed at the National Pedal Steel Convention in Irving, TX, and collaborated with incredible musicians like Kullen Fox, who plays with Charley Crockett and His Blue Drifters.

Each member of Living Hairitage brings a wealth of experience and talent:

Eric Vasquez, our drummer, is an endorsed musician with Pork Pie Percussion, Soultone Cymbals, and Cooper Groove Drumsticks. He’s played with icons like Dale Watson and Linda Gale-Lewis (sister of Jerry Lee Lewis).

Armen Chakmakian, our “Sonic Shaman,” is a world-renowned keyboardist who has toured with Supertramp and worked with HBO, TMZ, and Cartoon Network, among others.

Johnny Krigel, our lead vocalist and guitarist, is a San Antonio native and lifelong musician. He currently holds a musical residency at the prestigious Hotel Emma, the city’s most iconic hotel.

Mike West, our upright bassist, studied under the talented Vance Hazen and keeps the rhythm alive with his incredible bass lines.
